The Culinary Arts program offers an intensive study, which combines demonstration classes followed by hands-on practical courses in professionally equipped, modern kitchens. The curriculum comprises one of the world's most intensive, practical, and comprehensive culinary training. Courses are taught at succeeding levels under the guidance and close supervision of experienced Chef Instructors. Students are encouraged to explore their own styles, creativity and background.
In our Baking & Pastry Arts program you'll receive hands-on instruction in straight and sponge dough methods, fillings, pastries, puff pastry, specialty yeast dough items, and quick breads. The program reviews different international recipes for cookies and explores tartlets, basic syrups, creams, icings, pie categories, cakes, procedures for mise en place, and production of pastries.
